Description: [T]he diagnostics and repair of a tube amp is perhaps equal parts science and art - there are very few places to learn it and few masters of the craft willing to divulge their hard won secrets.  This seminar offers a rare opportunity to learn the fundamentals of the art and craft of tube amp diagnostics and repair with a master amp technician. This class represents more than just the keys to a vocational opportunity – here’s a chance to learn from one of the best in the business. Students will gain a broad understanding of tube amp circuitry and troubleshooting and learn closely guarded trade secrets. Lecture and demonstrations are supplemented with course materials. The demonstrations will range from emergency repairs to amp full restoration.  Options available for the scope of repairs are disclosed.  Suggested tools and materials for an emergency repair kit will be outlined. _DSC3107 Topics include:
